I reserved a truck in weymouth which is close to my house, but the day before they told me I had to pick up the truck 50 miles away, about 1 hour 30 minutes away.

MICHAEL BWhen I called I did not get a Kuhn information on how to use the app. I had no idea how to pick up or drop off the truck. I was also extremely unaware that my total would come to nearly $300 for a 4 hour time window. I understand the price is what it is. But I would not have used uhaul if I had known it would be that expensive. I have never used uhaul before. So I would have appreciated a ball park of what the price would be. The only good experience I have had is the help 1800 number I called and a kind woman walked me through how to use the app. I will not be using uhaul again.
