Bob was very personable. Pick up and drop off was easy. Only concern was my pick up location was changed 4 times which I feel is ridiculous. I will contact UHaul on Wyoming Ave, Bob's location directly moving forward if ever needed.

Had to close a show in NY while my husband headed of to open in TX. Was lucky they had one. I had to go a little further to pick it up, but the van worked out perfectly for what I needed. Representative was pleasant and courteous. Sent me out with a full tank and I was able to get quickly onto the road.
