Had to close a show in NY while my husband headed of to open in TX. Was lucky they had one. I had to go a little further to pick it up, but the van worked out perfectly for what I needed. Representative was pleasant and courteous. Sent me out with a full tank and I was able to get quickly onto the road.

The people here were great. My issues were with Uhaul and the moving company recommended on the UHaul site, not the people here, so I am giving them five stars, not UHaul.

Jaime HOur rentals windshield wipers were horrible and the windshield washer fluid only worked on the passenger side. We drove through extremely thick fog and rain for 90% of our trip and the problem with the wipers and spray made our trip quite more difficult than need be.
