They charged me before they told me what the extra charges were for. And ended up over charging me.

The uhaul was completely filthy when picked iup! I had to take it to the car wash and wash it before use. NEVER renting a uhaul again!

BARRIE WWhen I returned the vehicle and the Transaction was closed out, I asked for a copy of the Receipt but was told that was not possible. I should check out how much was withdrawn from the Credit Card. I found this to be insulting and a very poor Business practice from U-Haul Westlock. After repeatedly asking for a receipt that I would expect from any Business Transaction, the young lady finally was able to tell me the amount but could not produce a Receipt. Later, when I checked my e-mail, I saw that a Receipt had been emailed to me. While this provided what I was asking for, I feel the U-Haul Dealer should have been able to provide the Receipt when the Truck was returned and verified. What do you think?
