The cab was disgusting and smelled like urine. The back of the truck was also dirty from the snow I imagine. The dolly we requested was not there (second time that’s happened when renting at this location) but we were still charged.

gregory hI reserved a van for $19.95 per day, plus $1.59 per mile. I also selected the Safe Move coverage for $15. My card was charged $109.91! They charged me $30 for the Safe Move and another $39.90 for the "rental Charge" - whatever that is. I was expecting an invoice at @ $45 - it was more than double that!
