The app check-in did not work. I had to go in to the business.
Robert BThe pick up location was great and the staff was helpful and friendly. I was frustrated with my overall experience with UHaul as my reservation had to be moved 3 different times to actually get me the truck I reserved for the time I needed it. That was stressful and frustrating.
CANDICE DThe uhaul part should have someone to do just uhaul because it took away from the restore,and line got extremely long. But other than that it was good.
linda aMy only issue was that my original reservation was at the Sunoco Station on 140 and It was moved to Habitat for Humanity.
