This was a Sunday evening drop off, so it was done mobile. This is the only reason I said the personnel was not helpful.
Jeffrey RWide open. No one there. Did not see a barcode to scan upon arrival. Drop off process was smooth though
Austin SNo one was at the location when I dropped it off. I had to call to find out what to do. He said to unhook and drop the trailer. I am over 70 years old and that was extremely difficult for me. As you know with that trailer the tongue is very happy.
