i had signed up on-line and had declined the insurance. When i got the bill after picking up the truck, the insurance was on the bill. i texted Support in the app, but didn't get a reply. Otherwise the rental went really well, and the truck/trailer was just what i needed.

Michael LThe location pinned is not the correct location, the actual drop off location is next to the address it provides. It was dark when I dropped the truck off there’s no lighting or anything to signify that is the drop off spot a 5 min drop off turned into 30 mins
