Got a headache from the sound of the truck, design flaw by uhaul, not the fault of the location. Sound was almost like driving with one window open with the low frequency thumping.

Customer service helped a lot
Charles Pi had signed up on-line and had declined the insurance. When i got the bill after picking up the truck, the insurance was on the bill. i texted Support in the app, but didn't get a reply. Otherwise the rental went really well, and the truck/trailer was just what i needed.

Michael LThe location pinned is not the correct location, the actual drop off location is next to the address it provides. It was dark when I dropped the truck off there’s no lighting or anything to signify that is the drop off spot a 5 min drop off turned into 30 mins
