Have pick up location closer to my home. Had to make a two hour round trip drive to get the truck and transport.

JOHN HThe in-person experience was disappointing. I walked in to rent a 6x12 utility trailer with a ramp rather than reserving online, and was surprised when the employee refused to let me keep the trailer for 24 hours. She stated that if I kept it for that long, I’d be charged for two full days. However, I checked the online reservation system, and it allowed me to reserve the same trailer for 24 hours at the same rate as a 6-hour rental. This inconsistency between online and in-person policies was frustrating and didn’t make sense.
