On the last survey, I rated Sophia poorly, that was an error, Sophia was the representative that was caring and went above and beyond to ensure my happiness after speaking with 2 employees that did not care to resolve my issue. I apologize for getting the mix up. You could hire more people like Sophia who actually care about the customer because without the customer there is no jobs for Uhual.
