The in-person experience was disappointing. I walked in to rent a 6x12 utility trailer with a ramp rather than reserving online, and was surprised when the employee refused to let me keep the trailer for 24 hours. She stated that if I kept it for that long, I’d be charged for two full days. However, I checked the online reservation system, and it allowed me to reserve the same trailer for 24 hours at the same rate as a 6-hour rental. This inconsistency between online and in-person policies was frustrating and didn’t make sense.
KEVIN II wouldn’t suggest any changes. Everything went my way. The guy who helped me thru the rental process was very helpful. It was a good experience.
