Jim EThe truck that we rented did not have air. It was inconvenient for the trip during the Alabama summer. I had to pay extra because I could not return to another U-Haul dealer 2 counties north of this location. I was given the incorrect code for the key box to pick up the truck and had to pick up later than normal due to the issue.
