When we reserved the trailer, we were told when the trailer would be at the facility. We were not told that this was an appointment time. We arrived to pick up the trailer a couple of minutes after that time. There was a different person than when we made the reservation and he seemed very irritated that we were late for our "appointment". Other than that, everything was fine.
