U-Haul app would not let me choose a closer drop off location. It would not show up as option
Jeremy PThis was unfortunately the alternate location the UHaul had to send me to in order to get a truck. I had a confirmed reservation for a truck in Clanton and no one tried to change it until I showed up. I’m thankful for getting a good truck but I should never have to drive over 100 miles to do so after UHaul screwed up their job.
Bill RThere was a flat tire before I picked it up. It was the only truck at the location so I had to take it. I spent the first half hour of me rental funding a gas station with an air pump. I was offered for them to find another truck which I knew would cause a significant delay. It was suggested I call roadside assistance. After filling the tire I was able to use the truck as intended. I was amazed that it was made my problem! I had scheduled and was paying helpers who were then kept longer so the whole debacle costed me significant extra cash.
JOSEPH SThe truck was damaged on the driver's side and not disclosed by the personnel. The location person arrived an hour late after we had to call another location to get them to come give us the keys
