Unsure of the ladies name but she was fantastic, i come from a rental back ground as well and of course as we came in so did 4 other people . She was alone ( well she had the welcoming cat ) and she stayed calm and helped us all , very productive and friendly lady ! Well done

I have an issue with the process Since u close at 4 each day I rent for two days and return at 630 and get charged a third day when I use for two days . !!!

ihor kThe problem is your booking system. I originally booked a truck (in person) for pick up in Estevan. Uhaul accepted my reservation but did nothing to warn me a truck would not be available. Luckily I called dispatch a few days beforehand. They told me no truck would be available in Estevan. I would have to pick up a truck in Weyburn 2 days before I wanted it. What's the point of accepting reservations if you won't honor them?
