I booked a trailer for $14.95 - but got billed $29.95. I waived the insurance, as we already have that, but they billed me $24.00. The trailer was in a disgusting state. Myself and my two kids had to clean it, as the agent at this location only said " Sorry" and walked away. it was greasy, muddy, and full of dirt. We swept and mopped and dried it - with no help or concern from the agent at this location. I was able to book the $14.95/day trailer, and she specifically told me that was the trailer I had. When I asked about the $29.95 charge she said it was the total cost, which was obviously wrong. I reiterated to her that I booked the $14.95 and that I waived their insurance. She said yes. Yet here we are. I returned the trailer on Sunday evening before closing. Instead of Monday by 10am. We arrived at 7:40pm and took about 10 mins to properly park the trailer. We saw a man come out of the building, look at us and then leave. Never said hello, or anything. at 7:55pm we walked up to close out our reservation and found that they had already closed. Their posted hours say the close at 8pm. They left early. The property is like an abandoned lot, trash everywhere. It was literally disgusting. The agent did pull dirty sheets out of our trailer and thrown them on the ground and then said " sorry" and walked away. I have never had such a bizarre interaction with a business in my lift. It's a junky location and the people there do not care. I want my receipt discounted for the fact that I was billed incorrectly and I had to clean my own trailer.

I filled out most of the forms at the gas station both when I checked out and when I checked in. I was also told that I had until 4:00 the next day which obviously wasn't true because I got charged double. The entire bottom of the trailer was covered in motor oil and we ended up having to sacrifice a few of our tablecloths to clean it up/protect the furniture which ended up getting a little bit on it that we had to have cleaned.
CORY FReally just a gas station that was closed @ 7 pm when the hours said 8 pm. Guy was still inside, finally came out and couldn’t speak much English. So I dropped off the trailer and just left.
Scott DWhen I went to return the u haul the man behind the counter didn't know how to process the return so I had to stand in the little gas station, download an app, then go back out take 10 photos and finally was able to leave.
Layton KVery nice employee, but had zero knowledge of how the rental system worked. Tried his best to help as much as possible, but the lack of knowledge regarding the system and the very large language barrier made it difficult at best.
