My truck obviously hadn’t been cleaned, I got in and immediately found the last renters credit card in between the seats. So I turned the card in at the office, but I had to get their attention because the office was closed for lunch. I get back to the truck and I notice there’s also a car charger still plugged in and a phone cord. But the office was obviously closed. Then I start my truck and there’s an alarm because the driver side front left tire was 45 psi low!! I had to drive my uhaul and car hauler with a low air tire!! As I got loaded I noticed there was a huge sticky spot in the back of the truck. So I had to lay newspaper on it in order to put a piece of furniture down. Once I was finally on the road, my toy hauler blew out a tire within 52 miles. I sat at mile marker 39, called roadside assistance and waited 70 minutes for help. He showed up and got me fixed up, and I returned to my truck a day early to just be rid of it. That was the worst Uhaul experience I’ve ever had. This is the second time I’ve used this location and the office is dirty, the bathroom is outright disgusting, but the people are at least very friendly.
