The pads were not in the truck but i was charged, the truck was filthy, it took 20 minutes to open the lock and the guy in the counter said not my problem

Ryan GThere was no furniture pads in the vehicle. I tried for over an hour to pick up the truck through the self check out, the workers were no help at all. Not only was i unable to accurately press the NO button for the furniture pads being there, i took maybe 14 pictures before i was able to even process one, i thought uhaul was going to make my life easier and it just made everything more difficult, we had to tape cardboard on our new furniture to prevent it from damaging while driving.
