I opted for Truck share 24/7. I didn't have the U-Haul app installed in my phone. it is recommended to install the app and arrive at the location. which can save sometime in checking out process. Because on the website it gave hard time in identifying the location, and checkout process will not take you to the next step until the location is identified. so it is better to have the app installed.

Terrible customer service Tried to charge me more than stated Not a good representation for U Haul
David Kthe pickup/checkin process was convoluted. The website and app were not working for this location. I had to ask the gas station worker who gave me a phoen number to call and that person was a little helpful but still couldn't complete the process with me. Finally I called the 1800 number for uhaul and they were able to guide me through the process since the app and website weren't working.
YONG CThe van did not have the furniture dolly and furniture pads like I had requested. I Had to speak to a representative to resolve my issue.
Andy AWhen I booked online, it said I could check in at the desk. When I arrived, the guy at the gas station said that it was online only. When I logged in on the app, it did not give me instructions to get the key. I called the phone number, and the guy said he would call me back and hung up. I tried troubleshooting on the chat and over the phone, the gas station guy said that the auto repair shop next door was in charge, and they sent me right back to the gas station. Then I called back the guy who hung up on me and he finally sent me the code to the key 47 minutes later than my reservation started. He was very unprofessional, I could barely hear him, and he had no care for timeliness or the fact that his renter might have to be anywhere else at a certain time. This inconvenience set my day back over an hour. The guy who runs this over the phone clearly has this as a "passive income side hustle" and does not care about service.
