The final price was not the agreed upon initial price. Additional fees are fraud. You don't tell me 39.95 + mileage and then add things on top of that.

It was closer to home
Johnny RRental had no supplies provided, the trucks were parked so that taking pictures in the app was not easy and it was not a location I felt safe in
JESSE HMy truck was unswept and full of debris, the furniture pads I ordered were not inside and I was told to “just go to uhaul in town and get the furniture pads”. I was unable to fully inspect/photo the truck bc the parking lot is also used as a drive thru. I was still charged for the missing furniture pads.
