Pat who looked after me was very good and patient, we have known each other for nearly 40 years, but the process to rent a unit was excruciating and took up way too much time. Wwwhen I booked it in pefrson ans then when I picked it up took well over an hour. The only problem with the unit was the electrical hookup. It appeared to be an old unit from Kansas, USA, so the electrical didn't fit. Pat looked for an adapter but couldn't find one. She suggested I go get my own. Not good. The unit worked fine and I will use agian, but the process needs streamling for sure.

Arnold FThe trailer I rented didn’t have a long enough electrical Cord to plug into my truck I had to buy an adapter , the location did buy the adapter back . Also the trailer had no jack to lift it we had to manually pick it up . Very heavy , a simply jack is all that’s needed to lift it lower the hitch onto the ball on the truck .
