Booked a U haul and then was not available. Had to drive 1 hr both ways, and was charged more than what originally was quoted.

The cargo space of the truck I rented was not cleaned. The blankets i rented were filthy and covered in dry mud, grass and leaves. I had to switch trucks from the one on my reservation because it was running really loud amd rough. Lots of smoke was coming out of it and filling the cab.
Nathan BU-Haul nailed me for an additional 20 bucks. I booked it online for 175, then suddenly I get my bill for 195. Not sure how they did that. Some CDW fee of 20 that was not asked for on the online booking and def was not discussed prior to billing.
MITCHELL GCar dolly hitch was frozen into the ground. We jumped on it to break it out. Plug for lights was disconnected and frozen into the ice. Other than that got me out of a situation
