Location was changed last min, had to drive an extra hour to pick up the truck. I picked up the truck and immediately called to report issues, was told that’s the last truck available and it’s fine. Tuck has major vibration, shaking and bouncing. Area manager called after rental completed Mike from NJ and was rude completely denied all my concerns. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced.
Mentor LI loved this experience... Ben at J & L Flooring is the very best! I will rent here again if I ever need a UHaul... Excellent experience... we needed some flexibility (a 2nd day), and it was no problem at all-- again, 5+ stars for U Haul and Ben and J & L Flooring!
