The location is fine and the man was great. My issue is the original uhaul i scheduled with, last second changed my reservation. Which is fine. But that establishment wasnt open until 9am and i set my time for 7am. So the original UhAul worker did not make sure to plan that properly or even tell me. Also the fact that the uhaul app is basically mandatory, isnt enforced. Its just very cutely told to me so i shrugged it off because im moving furniture and busy. Then when i got the app and everything and was explained the app. The license on the truck wasn’t matching the one on the uhaul. And it was just an overall bad experience. The J&L carpet guy was the most pleasant part because its not his fault the UhAul company scheduled me outside of his business hours. I normally don’t give bad reviews but i needed a service that had proper timing involved and my time was totally disrespected. And i value that. So next time i will go with a slightly different company even if they charge more.
