The place was disgustingly filthy The person there had no idea how to check me out, not sure she understood. She had me on speaker phone with someone who could help in front of customers. It took a lot of time for them to figure it all out. At one point she wanted me to tell her my card number on speaker while all the customers were waiting. I replied that there’s no way I’m gonna do that over a speaker phone in the store. I suggested I take her phone someplace secure. Her reply was to reschedule my truck rental I mentioned she wasn’t listening and talking over me. I asked her if she could not keep repeating the same thing over and over again because I was in a bit of anxiety over this situation. I got the phone from the person there and asked if I could go to the back room still on speaker since it wasn’t my phone I could not unlock it and take it off speaker. At this point I was to say the least frustrated and regretful of this reservation. It was supposed to be at 21St Wichita ks but ended up being this Phillips 66 convenient store. Later after a call to salina I understand that my c card was in file since i had used uhaul in salina several times lately. So I gave her the card number still she’s repeating and staying lots of words that could be said in just a few words. Not good people skills Also the truck had outside damage that was not marked with an X Guess I’m done here, hope my comments make a difference. It doesn’t look good for uhaul ❤️

Train staff. The gas station clerk did not know what to do

SAMUEL MThe cab of the truck was so dirty we had to wash it - took over 30 minutes to clean. The inside of the truck was also dirty. I would not have taking it if there were more options
WADIA MCould not understand person who rented truck to me. (Poor communication skills). I thought rental was $19.99 yet ended up being $145.00 for 18 miles. I rented smallest truck and thought maybe there was a large deposit and I would receive money back.
