JOHN SProbably new management and more responsible people. I delivered my U-Haul 2 days a go and still showing that I haven't dropped it off on my U-Haul app. I hope they don't ended up charging me extra for it.

RODNEY CDon’t give someone a truck with the fuel light on! Once I paid and had the contract, it took 20 minutes for the employee to pull up with the truck, only to tell me the fuel light is on. Then I wasted more time trying to get the supplied link to work to get pictures of everything requested- it wouldn’t work, so I just left… to get fuel before the truck ran out. And if you do give someone a truck without gas, be sure to tell them about the credit they will receive if they leave fuel in the truck - didn’t happen.
