Upon returning to our hometown, and attempting to return our rented trailer, we discovered that U-Haul had vacated their premises, leaving no instructions for us where to drop off the trailer!!!!! By sheer luck, it turned out that the owner of the hastily relocated U-Haul drop off point just happened to be driving by where we were sitting, dead in the water, with our rental trailer, attempting to contact U-Haul to find out what to do! I reference <b>Outlaws Diesel RV Equipment Repair, Williams, AZ,</b> and the lady was nice enough to stop and assist us by escorting us to her business location! Ten minutes later, we had successfully dropped the trailer, and were on our way! Would have been real nice if U-Haul had somehow notified us (Cell Phones, anyone??) of the change PRIOR to our discovering they were gone from the location they had resided at for 2 years prior!!!!
