Auto transport trailer was caked with dried mud and had rusted parts with some metal cracking. Delayed our move somewhat due to the safety straps becoming stuck from rusted parts and had difficulty securing the driver's side access cage, but was still able to safely transport my car 1500 miles.

The sign said open, the door was locked. A sign on the door said ring the bell we will be at the office shortly. Waited about 15 minutes, figured out how to return it online( which was an effort for someone not so tech savvy). When we left, the employees was sitting at the back of the building. Would NOT recommend.
