We specifically told the guy when we reserved the trailer that we needed to pick it up right at 8:00 (when he opened) because we had to be at our destination (out of state) by a certain time for an appointment. He assured us it wouldn’t be a problem. He showed up 15 minutes late with a bag of donuts. Obviously he had no regard for our deadline.
SCOTT RI use the Williamston location a lot and the gentleman who runs the place along with his workers are very friendly and attentive.

Shukhratbek UI had a flat tire as soon as I arrived home with my tow dolly and it took about 3 hours to get repaired because the company took it that wasn't able to do it. Also the fender was bent when I left the facility and it was not checked before I left causing the flat tire
