Being parked in the soggy grass began the day off questionable. The online process is designed poorly with little transparency regarding what the next steps are. Going to pickup a truck and asking for references to call (when absolutely everyone has unknown callers blocked), asking for my passport (which I only use for flights) and a lease document (I own my home and the second one I was using the truck to move things out of) so requesting these items AFTER I LEFT MY RESIDENCE because your location must indicate you are near the vehicle to check in. This was the worst process. I will NEVER use an online process again. In the time it took to complete I could've driven to Washington and picked up a truck quicker with cheaper mileage rates.

No one in the garage. No answer to phone call. No name identification on doors. Door opened to dark empty room. This was during open hours. As a senior woman, not appropriate., kind of scary. I would never use this location again.

After I had reserved my uhaul at a different location it was canceled the day before my move halfway across the country and I was told to use this location. The uhaul rep wasn't there and the uhaul was not in good condition. Half of the passenger side mirror was missing and I had to figure everything out on my own. There was no walk through and the cab still had trash in it. There were plenty of other problems too but I had no other option but to use this location that was 30 miles further away than my preferred location.

I was given the code to open the lock on the Uhaul and it did not work. The representative from Dem Brothers told me the day before that the store will be closed but to call het if I had any problems. I called her at least 3 times and it went to voicemail. I called Uhaul customer service and they weren't any help either. My pickup time was 8:30 and that was the time I arrived. After many attempts, I was able to unlock. It was about 10am. Wasted time. Needless to say, I was VERY displeased with the pickup and will not return to Dem Brothers
