Very slow process to get the vehicle, took 30 mins just to pick up. This sirens 30 minutes from our home, but the Pittsfield location is 10 minutes from our home and is where we expected to be able to pick up. Very inconvenient.

Please note that I was originally scheduled to pick up the U Haul at 676 Curran Highway North Adams MA. When I arrived a man came out and said that he had no U Haul for me because someone had called out. We were directed to go to Williamstown, where we were properly assisted. The North Adams location sent a text saying I had canceled. That is not true. North Adams location's failure to do their job caused my family and I tremendous stress as we were moving my disabled son on a time crunch. I will tell people to stay away from this location and I will tell them to go right to Williamstown where things are done the right way.
