There was confusion about the availability of a hand truck., and at one point, i thought i wasnt going to be able to get one. It would be good if UHaul standardized the availability of these necessary extras.

robert rThe bed was in need of sweeping at a minimum--painting or replacement of oil stained wood would make it ideal. If I had been moving my home furniture or anything cloth, I would not have accepted this rental.
Deanna SAt 19.95 for 1 day local rental. Driving a tota;l of 7 miles. putting 4 galolons of gas in for $15.00 to get the gas gage back to 1/2 tank, and a rental total of $45.99. That's a rate just short of $10.00 per mile. Very Pricy for a non profit Habitat for Humanity renter.
