How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe Aubuchon host could have given me the number to call to confirm that I could simply take a available box truck, instead of the van I had reserved but wasn't available because of a no-show customer return (10 hrs late). But other than that, everything went well.

Andrew AInterior in the cab of the van was disgusting. The seats wee filthy . They charged us for $95.13 it actually came to $89. Still waiting on the credit or correction.
Kim MVery slow process to get the vehicle, took 30 mins just to pick up. This sirens 30 minutes from our home, but the Pittsfield location is 10 minutes from our home and is where we expected to be able to pick up. Very inconvenient.
