The clerk had trouble using the on-line software and had to call U-Haul to complete the rental agreement. Despite going on line ahead of time to fill out all required information including uploading pictures of my driver's license, we had to do it all again at the pickup location. Going on line ahead of time did not save me any time.

SUSAN CAfter I picked up the trailer and took it home, I noticed that the driver's side tire pressure was very low (27 psi). I had to stop two times during my trip to reinflate the tire. I told the drop off location about the tire. Recommendation: the dealer should check tire pressure before allowing a vehicle/trailer to be rented.
David SThe pick up the truck experience was terrible. Three different cell phones and talking to a Uhaul rep before we were able to access the key to get the truck. Thee Uhaul rep acknowledged our troubles and said she would give us a 20% discount voucher to use on this rental but she never sent the voucher. Very difficult and troubling experience. I will never again use Uhaul for a truck rental.
