Charged me twice. Website was defective and app was not worth it. Extremely disappointed.
Valerie OI had an appliance dolly ordered, none available at the changed pick up location. Owner says he doesn’t provide them. Went to a U-Haul center, they didn’t have any, went to the original pick up location they didn’t have any. Terrible experience moving a refrigerator without a dolly. I rent quite a bit from U-Haul. I think my days with them are done
Lynn SLocation is as per owner , unmanned. U Haul never sent me instructions how to get keys. After calling customer service, they could not get me keys for 10 ft truck, upgraded me for free to 20ft (which I did not need or want, but fine). No dolly or mats that I paid for. Sent me to nearby location to pick those up, dolly got rented out. Had to wait to return the truck, close rental, call couple more times to get refund for dolly. Just overall very bad experience with UHaul. Also got charged for gas, refunded after another customer service call.
Dejan RWhen I arrived, my rental couldn’t be found. I showed my confirmation, but the truck wouldn’t start. I looked under the hood and the battery was disconnected. I asked the garage for an adjustable wrench, but they didn’t have one.
