Terrible experience with using u-haul for the first time. First, my pick up location was changed three times upon the reserved pick up day due to lack of equipment. When we got to the location to pick everything up, there was no equipment in the truck, i had reserved and purchased 2 appliance dollies, 2 furniture dollies and furniture pads. Only the furniture pads were in the truck. There was suppose to be 7/8 of gas in the tank, there was only 1/2 a tank of gas. This caused issues during the return of the truck to make sure no extra charges were going to occur after filling it back up with only the gas we used. I was told that the refund was started one day of pickup once I called and complained. The day after drop off I called to get a status on the refund and was told it was not started at all. Will never be using U-haul again and would not recommend.

JAMES BThis should not be a pick up location. Very dirty, cluttered with debris and a lot of men sitting around on whatever they can locate to sit on. While I had set up to do an in person check in the office was closed. I was never informed it would be closed. And just to be clear, this is not the location I wanted to pick up. I wanted to go to Chad’s Ford Pennsylvania, but was told I couldn’t.
