This should not be a pick up location. Very dirty, cluttered with debris and a lot of men sitting around on whatever they can locate to sit on. While I had set up to do an in person check in the office was closed. I was never informed it would be closed. And just to be clear, this is not the location I wanted to pick up. I wanted to go to Chad’s Ford Pennsylvania, but was told I couldn’t.

Valerie OI had an appliance dolly ordered, none available at the changed pick up location. Owner says he doesn’t provide them. Went to a U-Haul center, they didn’t have any, went to the original pick up location they didn’t have any. Terrible experience moving a refrigerator without a dolly. I rent quite a bit from U-Haul. I think my days with them are done
