The location needs to have access to a tablet to book your reservation. I had to go online at the counter and do everything myself. But the staff was nice
Maria RGood thing: Easy and convenient. After hour pick up and drop off both smooth without issue. Bad things: There was a soda can in the cabin and fuel level at 1/16 making me have to pump gas first, which delayed half an hour. Box is relatively clean with a small plush in but would say clean. Car wise, driver door is hard to close well and you have to slam to make the ‘driver door open’ prompt go away. Right mirror is loose and there is even no electrical adjustment. I had to google and found to use hex wrench to adjust, but it is super tight already. So basically tight screw loose mirror axle.
Charlie GA little difficult to find, the office is in between the corner. However the personnel is extremely friendly and helpful. Helped me unhook the trailer and even maneuver the vehicle. Thank you
