GREGORY PYour contract sent me to the wrong drop off location. The 2nd drop off spot was a terrible location on extremely busy street. No signs!

BRENDA NNot change the pickup location that was reserved without notifying me. It was a nice surprise after driving 3 hours to get there on time to find out I had to go into another town to pick up my truck and drive a lot more miles IN the truck than I was otherwise going to have to. It ruined the entire day for me and my family who were working dilligently in 100° temps to move a 10×30 storage building. PINNACLE was great, and the manager was very helpful, there. It is UHAUL that I have the issue with.
