I handed the paperwork to the employee who rudely asked me why I was giving it to him, he only needs the key. That's great man, I don't rent Uhauls everyday. Just let me know I can keep the paperwork and you just need the key. This person also directed me to park in front of a fire extinguisher.

Dominic MThe front desk customer service was unwilling to check the equipment was rude as soon as we walked in and he crumbled up our paper because he was annoyed. He didn’t want to do anything and he rudely said “I just need the key” when we told him we had blankets inside the truck. This person needs to be fired he doesn’t like his job , please remove him. Overall terrible customer service ended in argument over something simple.
