How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe tow dolly was broken, which caused my car to slip off, and I almost lost my car because of it. I was given money to cover a front-end alignment for my car because of the damage. Then, after I dropped off the truck, another $25.30 was taken from my payment. I need an explanation for why that additional amount was deducted, especially considering the issues caused by the broken tow dolly.
MCKELA STrailer was a piece of you know what. Had to call roadside service Before I left on the trip. If you’re going to rent equipment they need to service and maintain it. Would not rent from U-Haul again
scott eVery professional and helpful
David LManagement was courteous, went above and beyond to facilitate accessing the vehicle after corporate office moved the reservation to another location at last minute. Excellent service at this location.
