Dropped off after hours. A challenge backing in the Auto Transport--not much room for an inexperienced driver. I am required to answer the question about the personnel at the drop off location being helpful or not. That is not helpful. Not a good design for the questionnaire. I dropped off after hours and did not interact with any personnel, yet I have to answer the question. So, since nobody helped me, they were not helpful!

Customer service was good but the uhaul was not adequately cleaned out when we got it. There was clumps of pet hair and a few pieces of trash left inside. Also, we were charged for 2 sets of uhaul blankets when we only requested and received one set. Its supposed to be 1 dozen is $10 and my receipt says I was charged $20. I was also charged twice for the rental fee in case of damage. Its supposed to be $15 only.
