KEVIN MDropped off after hours. A challenge backing in the Auto Transport--not much room for an inexperienced driver. I am required to answer the question about the personnel at the drop off location being helpful or not. That is not helpful. Not a good design for the questionnaire. I dropped off after hours and did not interact with any personnel, yet I have to answer the question. So, since nobody helped me, they were not helpful!
MARK RCheryl was excellent! She got us checked in and on the road quickly and also the return was easy as well! The place is so clean, the staff are so friendly and professional! I will definitely e back!!!
