Fine but business was a bit distracted.
ANN SGentleman said the amount of fuel was less than what it really was. Per his paperwork I received via email after I left his establishment, it was at an eighth of a tank when clearly in my picture I took when I dropped it off it was almost to a quarter tank. This seems to be in line with how U-Haul operates overall. Do not drop off at Carolina Treasure Bins even if they say they will give you a discount to do so as you may not receive it. To improve, be honest and accurate. Do not estimate. Use what the gauge says, IE: if it says 92 miles to E, then put that on the paperwork with an actual picture of the gauge and not what the attendant decided to type in.
KEVIN WThis was the third location where we attempted to return the uhaul trailer. The other two, which were suggested by Uhaul, were full and would not accept it. Having to scramble to find a place to return it in a city you a not familiar with was not ideal!!
Matthew BGuys were great, easy to get my equipment was charged exactly what they said I would be. Would recommend
