I returned the truck 38 minutes late and am being charged for another full day, this is ridiculous. I want the extra 23 hours and 22 minutes that I am being charged for.
CARYN MDidn't really interact with anybody since we dropped off before they were open but it was very easy.
Kathleen POn the uhaul website it lists the toy hauler trailer as a 16’ utility trailer. Maybe update the verbiage to let the customer know what it is they are actually getting. I had no idea it was . When I was picking up the trailer. Thought for a minute I had reserved an actual toy hauler camper. Not a toy hauler trailer. The unit was great.
