The entire experience was made easy by U-Haul. I had help with connecting the trailer when rented and help disconnecting when turning it in. I would use U-Haul again without question.

Pinnacle was very easy but again your app was useless. Even though I put in where I planned to drop, they did not know I was coming and could only find my rental with the reservation number.
Daniel RSuper friendly staff. Truck was ready with the equipment we wanted. check in was fast and we were on the road. The only thing was the allowed miles were tight - we didn't defer from the fastest route and were within just a few miles of the allowed total.

CANDACE WThe 20' truck I rented was definitely showing its age. It was difficult to turn the key to start the vehicle. I had to actually use both hands. The plastic cover over the area where you insert the key was missing. I was unable to lock the drivers door of the truck.
