BRANDON WThe truck I rented was running horrible. It wouldn’t change gears correctly it sounded like the motor was about to blow. A lot of play in steering. Also it’s July and I’m moving in the heat and the air don’t work properly it takes it a little while to blow cool air out of vents. It was the oldest junkiest Uhauls I ever rented. Also the ramp was difficult to pull out correctly then it was hard to get it to lock in. I only drove this truck 10 miles and was glad to return it next day. The customer service was great the truck sucked. It needs to be retired everything manual. Door hard to pull down must be wore out. I will stick to the Vans they are much nicer and easier to drive.
