I reserved a truck about a month in advance of my move. The day before my move Uhaul emailed me and informed me that I had to go to a different, further away location for my truck. No problem, things happen. However, when I arrived at 8am the next morning for my schedules pickup there was no one around. I called Uhaul and they informed me the location did not open to 10. I don't know why I was sent there for an 8am reservation. The next closest location was another 20 minutes farther away from my house. I had movers, also scheduled through Uhaul and paid by the hour, waiting on me. The location that finally had the truck was really great and got me going quickly but Uhaul really dropped the ball on this reservation.
