Judy BThe individual at the Patrick Towing location was very crass and rude. U haul's prices are false advertising. You advertise affordable then tack on so many different fees. You charge mileage up front before the total amount has been calculated. You expect customers to fold the furniture blankets after use or they will be charged extra.
