Uhaul rep was not on site during posted open hours and the clerk was not authorized to help. That is the reason for the 4 stars. Other than that, I was very happy that I could get a truck online, show up and take a few pictures and drive off with little trouble or fuss. I will say, consider trying to streamline the questions / pictures requirements. Constantly getting in and out of the truck during sign out and check in is a bit awkward.

When calling a local, less than a mile away, was told, rather forced, to make the rental at, which I did. Over 10 miles away! Now I'm forced to pay mileage, .99/mi, that was unecessary but over all I'm satisfied, got the move done.

Renter has later times for pick up but calls to try to get you to pick up by 1 because he will not be there after telling him has to be at 6 he does everything over phone ask to text a picture of your licence " I just sent number" then charges you you right then before you even see the rental. No one there at pickup. On drop off he text to drop off at another location because his site " a gas station" is full. It all worked out, just after thinking about he had you do a lot of his work for him not professional at all.

Truck only had a quarter tank of fuel when picked up. Also the rental truck's check engine light was on and the transmission had a very difficult time shifting between gears.



Personnel spoke very little English and had to call someone on the phone then gave the phone to me to complete the transaction. Also there was no one to unhook the trailer. That was completely left up to me and no one checked the equipment.

The place was closed and we couldn’t get in touch with anyone to verify drop off. I had to call u-haul’s 800 number to find out what to do. The young lady I spoke with at U-haul customer service was very helpful and took care of everything.

I was let them use my credit card to have on file I was told that I could pay cash when the transaction was over when the Uhaul was returned when I return the U-Haul they had already took the money off of my credit card which caused me to have an overdraft in the Bank of $35 when I had cash in hand and they would not accept my cash. It is what I say about this

After so much trouble getting a truck, we took the truck back to the above location. When I went into the store, the girl there said that she had nothing to do with U Haul trucks and the man I needed to talk to wasn't there. She said that I should put the keys under the passenger seat that would be fine. I called the next day because I had no receipt and he had taken care of it and closed my account. He was very nice. We also forgot 2 hand trucks and he told me what to do.
