The drop off was supposed to be Goderich and neither of your places would take it. Sent me to Grand Bend and they wouldn't take it. 90 km. Finally at Wingham. I've used you many times but never like this!

The only place that wasn’t a struggle in this whole order.
Dan DI was disappointed that I had to dig the trailer out of the snow when I picked it up. Since they are providing a service, I would argue that the attendant could/should have had this done before I arrived.

binu mI have no issue with Uhaul, I do however take issue with the company that Uhaul suggest for us to pack/Unpack, load/unload. I expected 4 people, I paid for 4, I got 2. It's a good thing I packed most my stuff before hand!!!!
