Was sent to goderich for drop off first but they don’t expect trailers. 3 hours and 100 kilometres later of my time I finally got back home.

Location convenient. Hours were good. I love Uhaul and have been very happy with all the service thus far. There was one weird aspect this time, however..... I was confused because when I returned the truck, the serviceman said all the blankets were supposed to be "re-bagged". First of all -- no one said that at the pickup end. So, then I brought them inside to bag them because it was cold out and he said they were supposed to be left in the truck. I couldn't understand what the fuss was about the blankets! They were all folded and accounted for!! It didn't make sense. The plastic bags I received them in were ripped open by a worker at the pickup end because I had asked for them to be counted before I left with the truck. So, putting them back into ripped bags made zero sense.....it basically just seemed like he wanted us to do his job.....other than that -- everything was perfect.

The drop off was supposed to be Goderich and neither of your places would take it. Sent me to Grand Bend and they wouldn't take it. 90 km. Finally at Wingham. I've used you many times but never like this!

I was disappointed that I had to dig the trailer out of the snow when I picked it up. Since they are providing a service, I would argue that the attendant could/should have had this done before I arrived.

I have no issue with Uhaul, I do however take issue with the company that Uhaul suggest for us to pack/Unpack, load/unload. I expected 4 people, I paid for 4, I got 2. It's a good thing I packed most my stuff before hand!!!!
