The truck smelled like a wet ash tray!
RAY MAfter all this happened with the pick up, the drop off was the straw that broke the camels back. I was so excited to be done with this truck and park it to leave. I’m taking my pictures, everything clean and perfect. I get to checkout and BOOOM!! I get double charged. Had to call and make a complaint. The customer service agreed with me and said “yea, it was a double charge and it shouldn’t be that high”. I’m waiting to receive a call before Friday for my refund, hopefully I can at least get that.
