JOHN HI went inside and the clerk said all she needed from me was the key. I feel that once you turn in the truck and key you should get a text email or print out stating that you had returned the truck because it kinda feels like I turned the truck in but no one really knows and it could come up later that I was late turning it in. There should be some kind of confirmation stating that the truck had been returned.
ROBERT MI only chose this place as a drop off because it's 10 minutes from my resident. But when you go into their tell them you're returning the U-Haul they just look at you like you're crazy and point to the Dropbox
