What application do i use in order to view my attachments? Right now my phone says it cannot find an app to open the attachments. I am so frustrated about this.

I had a bad experience with check in over the phone with a uhaul rep who placed me on hold for almost 10 minutes. I was transferred to someone else who suggested I call the location which was closed. I asked if info was networked but the rep seemed bothered by my questions. because of the Christmas holiday there was not a record on file yet which I understand. I just think the the transfer and phone conversations could have been handled more professionally. I was instructed to drop off at a location that was closed past Dec. 26 which I had no idea and kept waiting for a check in confirmation which was unsettling.
