The person I rented from was very helpful. Made the process easy and fast. After the garbage truck hit the uhaul. Road side assistance was wonderful and made an accident seem like everything will be OK. They ubered me to get a new truck. The staff at this downtown location was very lazy and not acknowledging customers walking in. Sighs and exhales with every moment. All 3 did not want to move for any reason. I thought they were joking until I heard 1 guy speak to a customer. I was appalled. I think they need some motivation and training. Other then that thanks U haul

Mike RThe check engine light stayed on and the smell of gas was strong. Also my wife who followed me stated that gas was leaving a trail from the exhaust pipe really bad or a leak somewhere and it was sucking the gas mileage out of it
