I rented a dolly that they never had and was still charged $10.00 for it.
HEATHER DThe engine light came on while I had the vehicle. I mentioned when I returned it. He was dismissive. Thankfully my trip was just within miles of facility. But if I was taking it hrs to day trip. Having an engine light on can lead to all kinds of possible trouble.
HEATHER GOur reservation + check-in/check-out process were very efficient. Only thing that could be improved -Truck was low on gas and not cleared of ice/snow and not swept out.
