I didn’t drop here it was in Ohio
BRETT SClerk did not know how to present a receipt and also says he sent it to my phone which I checked and it showed and error and no receipt. Had to continue letting customers ahead of us which became very fustrating. Would never recommend anyone to drop off a truck there ever. Had one customer tell us that they kept taking charges from their credit card.

JONATHAN SThe person was fine but they didn't have all of my information. I'm not sure if that was U-Haul phone reps fault or theirs. It was a cashier at a gas station/convenience store which is not a good experience for the U-Haul customer or the customers of the store! They need a separate area or counter for U-Haul.
