Equipment was not in good condition. In top of that I rented the truck for 24 hours, I got it at 5:04 pm and I returned it at 5:07 pm the next day and I got charged an extra day and the customer rep said he couldn’t do anything and just offered water in compensation. Never renting again.i even returned the truck with more gas than it originally had.

LAURA CWe were not offered a walkthrough of the vehicle prior to taking it. I had to call and ask for instructions regarding gas because nothing was explained. I again had to call because the A/C was not working. I was told a manager would reach out and we would receive an adjustment in price and that didn’t happened. I returned the van the same day because it was too hot to continue without a/c. I don’t understand the charges on my receipt.
