We were not offered a walkthrough of the vehicle prior to taking it. I had to call and ask for instructions regarding gas because nothing was explained. I again had to call because the A/C was not working. I was told a manager would reach out and we would receive an adjustment in price and that didn’t happened. I returned the van the same day because it was too hot to continue without a/c. I don’t understand the charges on my receipt.
