Impossible to figure out how to pay and get the keys. U-haul numbers did not work to call for help. took me an hour just to get the keys.
ALEXA RWe went to drop off the truck at 183 Colborne in Brantford on Saturday October 26 and the Gentleman at this location was extremely rude and refused to accept the keys and the truck. We had to drive to another location on Park Road N to drop off the truck. Our experience with Uhaul this time around was not pleasant and it was very complicated. We are still waiting on a Manager to return our call about our complaint on Saturday's experience. Your pick up and drop off procedure needs to be updated so customers can easily pick up and drop off.
Barry WSelf pickup is not good I have 2 hours gone only for geting the key Also help line is too late reply for one call waiting 15 to 20 mnts after that we connect the representative More intrusted representative also can’t know which box have key she give me password first lockbox after that second lockbox both boxes can’t have key More intrusted she give me password for main 3rd lockbox that password is wrong after that she contact with branch owner More interested owner also can’t confirmed which password is correct 2nd attempt lock box is open In all situation I gone 2 hours I request to u haul this waiting time period is too much I can’t give any star for this type of service
Muhammad AWhen I come on location truck was closed and nobody on location, and I wait 1,5 hours keys. Truck was dirty and man who brings the keys was not polite. I am not recommending this location terrible service.
