Update the contract properly and don't keep changing my drop-off location from the one I selected. Make sure you ask the customer about their drop-off location so you can connect to the correct scheduling office in the first place, rather than transferring them 3 times to the wrong ones! There was no personnel available at this location. Was kept on hold on customer support call for over 1 hr when the 'wait time' was 'less than 5 mins'

HARMANDEEP STrucks weren't returned properly and there was no location bar code to scan. Took an hour, and several different phone calls to get a hold of the person running the rentals. Put our entire day behind and added unnecessary stress.
