Trucks weren't returned properly and there was no location bar code to scan. Took an hour, and several different phone calls to get a hold of the person running the rentals. Put our entire day behind and added unnecessary stress.

Confusing pick-up not proper instruction to get keys and no dolly provided even it was in the reservation.
AMANDEEP KThe car has not been taken care of. It has no windshield fluid, and it's a rear-wheel drive in winter. Additionally, it has summer tires without any grip, rather than winter or all-weather tires! I got stuck 4 time on my journey..

RUTVIK SI would’ve definitely recommend this location if I didn’t get the truck 3 hours later than my booking time. I called Uhaul for help and they stated that I had to wait for the text with the info. I waited no text came with the info nor in the app. I had to call back after 3 hrs waiting in the cold, I got someone that knew what they were doing and transferred me to a 24/hr agent and she walked me through the process and apologized. Now the wedding event I was doing got ruined. The bride and guest walked in with me still decorating. I demand a refund. I rent from Uhaul all the time for my business and this never happened before.
